Every rupee on FairPlay moves through payment rails Indian players already use daily. This page lists the exact minimums, maximums, processing times and fees for each method, walks through the KYC check that precedes your first payout, and explains what to do when a transaction does not land.
The cashier accepts UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Net Banking alongside digital wallets, cards and cryptocurrency. The overwhelming majority of deposits land in the account within 60 seconds, which is why UPI remains the default choice for most players.
| Banking Method | Min Deposit | Max Deposit | Speed | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UPI (GPay, PhonePe, BHIM) | ₹500 | ₹90,000 | Instant | None |
| Paytm | ₹500 | ₹90,000 | Instant | None |
| PhonePe | ₹500 | ₹90,000 | Instant | None |
| Net Banking | ₹1,500 | ₹1,00,000 | Up to 15 min | None |
| Debit / Credit Card | ₹1,000 | ₹90,000 | Instant | None |
| Skrill / Neteller | ₹1,000 | ₹90,000 | Instant | May apply |
| Cryptocurrency | ₹500 | ₹1,00,000 | 2–10 min | Network fees |
Select UPI, enter an amount of ₹500 or more, and the cashier generates a payment request. Approve it in Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM or your bank's UPI app. The funds appear almost immediately. Use a UPI ID registered in your own name — third-party transfers are a common cause of held deposits.
Net Banking starts at ₹1,500 and takes up to 15 minutes because it clears through your bank rather than the UPI network. The cashier displays the beneficiary details; transfer exactly the amount you entered, since a mismatch between the declared and transferred sum delays reconciliation.
Crypto deposits start at ₹500 in equivalent value and confirm in roughly 2 to 10 minutes depending on network congestion. Send only the coin the cashier specifies to the address it generates — sending a different asset, or using an old address, means the funds cannot be recovered. Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by FairPlay.
| Issue | What to Do |
|---|---|
| Payment declined by the bank | Many Indian banks block gaming merchants. Try UPI or a different method before contacting your bank. |
| Deposit not credited | Wait 15 minutes, then send support the UTR or transaction reference — do not repeat the payment. |
| UPI transaction failed | Check your daily UPI limit and available balance, then retry from a different UPI app. |
| Amount below the minimum | The deposit will not process. Top up again at or above the method's floor. |
| Bonus not applied | Confirm the deposit met the offer's qualifying amount and that the code was entered before confirming payment. |
Never repeat a failed deposit immediately. If money left your account but has not appeared, a second attempt usually results in two debits and a longer reconciliation. Raise it with support and quote the transaction reference.
| Method | Min Withdrawal | Max Withdrawal | Processing Time | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| UPI | ₹500 | ₹5,00,000 | 1–3 hours | None |
| Net Banking / Bank Transfer | ₹1,500 | ₹10,00,000 | 3–24 hours | None |
| Skrill / Neteller | ₹1,000 | ₹5,00,000 | Up to 24 hours | Possible |
| Cryptocurrency | ₹1,000 | ₹20,00,000 | 1–2 hours | None |
These windows cover both FairPlay's internal processing and the payment provider's own handling. Expect the longer end of each range during peak periods — IPL match nights especially — and note that requests above ₹50,000 routinely trigger an additional verification check before release.
Match the method. Withdrawing through the same channel you deposited with keeps verification quick. For cryptocurrency it is mandatory — coins in, coins out, in the same asset.
Your first payout triggers a Know Your Customer check. This is standard practice at licensed operators: it confirms you are who you say you are, that you are over 18, and that the account is not being used for fraud. Completing it early — rather than when you are waiting on winnings — is the single biggest thing you can do to speed up payouts.
Most applications are reviewed within a few hours, though it can take 1–2 business days when volumes are high or a document needs re-submission.
| Issue | What to Do |
|---|---|
| Pending longer than stated | Check whether KYC is complete and whether the amount crossed the ₹50,000 review threshold. |
| Withdrawal rejected | Usually a detail mismatch or an unfinished bonus rollover. Read the rejection note before resubmitting. |
| Limit exceeded | Split the request across multiple payouts within the method's maximum. |
| Bank not accepting the transfer | Try UPI instead, or supply alternative account details in your own name. |
| Account suspended mid-withdrawal | Contact support directly — this normally signals an outstanding verification or a flagged transaction. |
Support will never ask for your password. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a "verification account". Anyone requesting either is not FairPlay, regardless of the number or channel they contact you from.
UPI payouts typically clear in 1–3 hours, bank transfers in 3–24 hours and crypto in 1–2 hours. Requests above ₹50,000 and accounts with incomplete KYC take longer.
Yes, and they are the most popular option. UPI deposits start at ₹500, go up to ₹90,000, credit instantly and carry no fee. Google Pay, PhonePe and BHIM all work.
Give it 15 minutes first — Net Banking in particular is not instant. If it still has not appeared, send support the UTR or transaction reference. Do not repeat the payment in the meantime.
UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Net Banking and card deposits carry no operator fee. Skrill and Neteller may charge at their end, and crypto transactions incur the blockchain's own network fee.
Yes. KYC verification is required before the first payout is released. Submitting ID and proof of address in advance means your first withdrawal is not held up.
